As part of this project, high-quality office and computer equipment were purchased and delivered to create a complete IT infrastructure. The established IT infrastructure is the key to the success of any modern organization. This infrastructure is holistic and contemporary, thanks to the newest and most reliable IT technologies.
IP telephony was installed in the building of the Civil Service Agency under the President of the Republic of Tajikistan. The service’s ease of use and affordable tariffs are essential factors that attract end users to IP telephony. In addition, because of the control of Internet traffic, IP telephony is a cost-effective technology.
A structured cable system was also created – a regulated structure linking the company’s information services into a single whole. This structure must meet specific regulatory requirements. A cable system is not only material equipment but also a method of everyday use. For example, SCS can include local computer networks and telephone lines, video surveillance, and alarm systems. An integrated cable system can consist of all these networks simultaneously.
Within the framework of this project, we have successfully carried out the following works:
- Modern and reliable IT infrastructure
- Faster data exchange between Agency equipment
- The SCS has established mechanisms for protection against unauthorized access, both hardware and software.
- The availability of the Agency’s information resources for its employees suggests that the employee can join the enterprise network from any of its locations.
- Ease of use of IP telephony services
- More affordable prices when using IP telephony
