Monitoring is the constant monitoring of work progress (within the framework of the project and the program) to compare the current state of affairs with the plan. Monitoring is ongoing, and the existing program or project model might modify due to monitoring. The monitoring compares planned activities and results with actual data. The ultimate purpose of monitoring is to use the information obtained to improve the performance of a project or program.
Evaluation is the analysis of the performance or performance of a project, plan, or program. The aim is to optimize the activities of the program; check compliance with the implemented plan; analyze the reasons for achieving/not achieving the planned action results. These evaluations provide an opportunity to examine program implementation, identify problems and propose future directions. Evaluation is carried out at critical stages of the project, increasing the chances of achieving the desired results through interventions.
Within the framework of this project, we have successfully carried out the following works:
- Improved delivery of projects and programs
- Streamlined program activities
- Better alignment with planned results
- Timely identification of obstacles and problems in projects and programs
- Title of project and program strengths and weaknesses
